Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights and in peak periods the minimum stay is 3 - 4 nights. Please enquire regarding the minimum stay during peak seasons. Discount rates apply for longer stays.

Rates and Conditions

The apartments are suitable for children aged 5 years and older. The rooms are designed to accommodate 2 guests and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests if required with use of a double sofa bed. Where two guests are staying and the sofa bed is also required to be made up this attracts the additional fee per the table below. In order to avoid disturbance to others, visitors are not permitted on the premises without prior permission. The CROFT is a non-smoking environment. The premises are not suitable for wheel chair access. No diving or jumping in the pool is permitted due to pool depth. The CROFT is located on a rural property and has some sloping areas and some uneven surfaces.

These rates are current for 2023 (excluding peak seasons) and are updated annually. Rates for 1 guest are slightly lower, please enquire. Also, please enquire re peak season rates.

    Payment

    We accept most major credit cards, direct deposit and EFTPOS.

    Deposit

    To secure the room a 25% deposit is required 14 days prior to check in. Most cards are accepted. The balance is required upon check in, with thanks.

    Cancellations

    A minimum 10 days notice of cancellation is required in which case a refund of deposit (less bank fees) will be made, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

    Check in and Check out

    Check in is at 2pm-6pm AEST and check out is at 10:30am-11am AEST. Alternate times may be available upon request.

    Damage and Breakage

    The CROFT reserves the right to charge guests the cost of replacement and/or repair of any damaged property.
