We accept most major credit cards, direct deposit and EFTPOS.
Rates and Conditions
The rooms are designed to accommodate 2 guests and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests if required with use of a double sofa bed. In order to avoid disturbance to others, visitors are not permitted on the premises without prior permission. The CROFT is a non-smoking environment. The premises are not suitable for wheel chair access. No diving or jumping in the pool is permitted due to pool depth. The CROFT is located on a rural property and has some sloping areas and some uneven surfaces.
Deposit
To secure the room a 50% deposit is required upon booking. Most cards are accepted. The balance is required upon check in.
Cancellations
A minimum 21 days notice of cancellation is required in which case a refund of deposit (less bank fees) will be made, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Minimum stay
School holidays - 2 nights Long weekends - 3 nights Easter - 4 nights Christmas/New Year - 7 nights (10/12/16-6/1/17)
Check in and Check out
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am. Alternate times may be available upon request.
Damage and Breakage
The CROFT reserves the right to charge guests the cost of replacement and/or repair of any damaged property.
